    The Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department will hold a meeting regarding:

    "Street and Alley Vacation SAV17012 - To vacate a portion of the South 54th Street right-of-way south of LaSalle Street, and Waiver WVR17006 - To waive the 90-foot minimum lot-depth requirement per Section 26.23.140(a) of the Subdivision Ordinance (South 54th & La Salle Streets)" to make my constituents aware of the public hearing on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. 

    The Planning Commission meeting commences on Wednesday, January 31st  at 1:00pm in Hearing Room 112 on the first floor of the County-City Building, 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln NE.

    Community Builder Workshop

    Have you ever wanted to get involved but didn’t know how to start the process? This beginning session will help you develop your story, learn about engaging your neighbors, and learn how to navigate government and create relationships with decision makers.

    Story of Self, Community Conversations, and Building Relationships:

    Have you ever wanted to get involved but didn’t know how to start the process? This beginning session will help you develop your story, learn about engaging your neighbors, and learn how to navigate government and create relationships with decision makers.

    Activity Session:

    Get out of your seats and meet everyone! We’ll have an interactive activity for the second session where you can learn while getting to know neighbors who share your passion for community engagement.

    Session 3

    Resources & Needs, Demonstration Activities, and Project & Event Planning:

    Ever feel like your neighborhood is a hidden gem that gets overlooked? We’ll wrap up the morning by sharing some resources that will help showcase your neighborhood pride! Learn how to lead projects that build community and show off the great things happening in your neighborhood.
